As the sister spot to Ynyshir, Wales' only two Michelin-starred restaurant, they bring the same exceptional attention to detail in every dish. A chance to enjoy a dining experience that combines Michelin-level quality with a laid-back, communal vibe. Working with head chef Corrin, to bring his own signature style through to the tableware is an absolute joy.

Home by James Sommerin is run by a family driven team, dedicated to making guests feel comfortable and relaxed as soon as they walk through the door. Their passion for every last detail has earned them a Michelin Star. I am proud to have had the privilage of working with James on designing and producing some of the crockery that sit on the tables at Home

Annwn restaturant, narberth

Annwn is A Welsh food movement that is set out to pay homage to the surroundings and landscapes here in Wales.

The single menu changes during the seasons, shunning food miles in favor of local seasonal and locally foraged produce. A passion that has earned them a Michelin green star. It’s a pleasure to collaborate with owner Matt to create tableware that builds on incorporating design elements inspired by the surrounding landscape.

ynys aroma

Louise is at the heart of Ynys Aroma, with a wealth of experience working as a holistic therapist and a lifetime of loving essential oils, wellness and natural healing are part of her nature. You could call it an obsession. I loved working with Lousie on these wax burners to complement her range.

GORSE RESTAURANT

Tom Waters is the chef behind Gorse in Pontcanna and is driven by the abundance of incredible produce that Wales and the wider UK has to offer. Combined with exacting technique and attention to detail, Gorse is all about delivering simple, flavour-centric food in an unpretentious and relaxed environment. It’s a privilege to work with Tom who shares my vision for creating unique pieces that sit so well in the calming paired back dining room at Gorse.
