Tucked away in the Market town of Machynlleth, Gwen restaurant might just be one of Wales’ best kept secrets. Since May 2023 they have operated as an intimate fine dining venue, fronted by a cosy wine bar & bottle shop. The restaurant offers a communal 10-course dining experience, serving 8 guests per sitting, all of which have full view of the open kitchen.
